Shop2Cur.com is a RMG N.V. service that gives you a real physical address in the United States, known as an international mailing address. This address allows you to receive your purchases made online and then forward them to our Office in Curacao or your home or business address.

You can use our service in just 4 steps that you will know by clicking here

Signing up is simple and free. You can start by clicking here. When you do so, you will receive a mailing address in the United States, along with a suite number that will identify you as a customer, as well as a password that will allow you to access your account at any time.

Please be advised it is not possible to share your account with somebody else. Each customer must sign up to open an account

Subscribing to the service and your mailing address in the United States is completely free.

The freight rates for your shipments are based per pound (LBS). The detailed rate sheet can be found under the tab “Fees” on this website. Here you can also find a detailed list of possible international or local additional charges. Every shipment will have at least a customs brokerage and insurance fee.

All our packages are transported by air. Airlines are charging by weight and or volume whichever is higher. So all packages at our Miami facility will not only be weighted but also the volumetric weight is measured. The volumetric weight is measured by H (cm) * L (cm) * W (cm) /6000.

All packages entering Curacao are subject to an import duty fee and a VAT tax. The amount of which depends on the value of the merchandise you have purchased. In general, the VAT tax is currently 9%.

Please do not forget to add behind your last name your suite number. Do not put the suite number in the 2nd line. Many shipping labels do not show the 2nd line causing delay and extra charges to look for the suite number. All Curacao Suite Numbers will start with CU413X followed by a number and N. Also, do not forget to add the 6503 to the zip code 33195, the 6503 means it a tax-free facility saving you 7% Florida state tax.

If there is a risk of damage to your goods due to the original packaging, it will need to be re-packaged to ensure safe transport. The cost for this new packaging will be added to the cost of shipping as an additional charge and can be found under the tab ‘Fees” on this website.

Some items or merchandise have restrictions or require non-automatic permits for import or export.

The delivery time of your packages to Curacao through Shop2Cur.com is mainly determined by the time it takes for your purchase to arrive at our office. We operate 3rd party Cargo flights from Miami to Curacao, in general it takes between 24 to 48 hours. However, it is important to consider that these times may vary due to possible delays in airline flights.

Once arrived in curacao all packages must clear customs before you can pick them up at our office or get them delivered at your home or business.

At Shop2Cur.com, we offer several payment options for your convenience, both online and through our Network.

  • Credit cards: We accept all common card like Visa and MasterCard.
  • Bank debit cards, this option is mostly used.
  • Cash, while not preferred we do accept cash payments up to max ANG 500.
  • Bank transfer.
  • Deposit, credit line. For commercial clients this is the preferred way, since it will improve delivery and waiting time drastically.
  • Sentoo QR code.

To perform a consolidation, simply log in to your account dashboard and indicate if you want to use the service by tick marking the consolidation option.

At Shop2Cur.com we distinct 2 storage charges 1 International at the Miami Warehouse 2 Local at our Curacao Office.

International
Shop2cur.com offers free storage for up to TIRTHY (30) consecutive days in our Miami warehouses for your packages. This option allows you to make the most of your purchases from different online stores. With our warehousing service, you can make strategic purchases and send your products to Curacao in consolidated shipments. This helps you optimize costs and get the most out of your purchases. After 30 days there will be an additional fee, please see tab “Fees” on this website and after 90 days, the shipment will be abandoned.

Local Storage
For you convenience, we offer 5 working days, FREE Storage at our local facility once package arrived in Curacao, is cleared through customs and waiting to be picked up by the client. After 5 days we charge ANG 7,50 for every additional 5 working days, counting from the first day, till a maximum of NINETY (90) days, after this the package will be abandoned.

To track your shipment, simply log in to your personal account. In it, you will find all the relevant information about the status of your shipments, which will allow you to know their location in real time. In addition, you can always contact us at Shop2Cur.com.

You must open you package at our office, or in front of the driver when package is delivered, to check the content and condition. No claim can be accepted after leaving the office. If there are any anomalies with your package, you can file a claim report, available at our office counter.

All packages will be inspected at our Miami facility and if needed repacked.
